woot! i just bought a bass overdrive pedal. it's by beta alvin. most of all would probably never have heard of it... it's sort of an immitation of boss. it looks, works and sounds just like the boss bass overdrive. i went sweelee yesterday to look for bass overdrive. the boss one is about $198. this one sounds exactly the same and is only $69! boss is friggin overpriced...

today's drama session was fun. i finally got to do some proper sound stuff on a proper mixer... hahas. then there was water bomb fight. damn fun wEEEee!

christmas service today at church was terrible for me. cuz there was only 1 service, so lotz of ppl came. i ended up sitting at the overflow. for those of yall u don't noe what an overflow is, it is a room where late-comers go to when the main sanctuary is filled. u get a video feed of what's going on. today there was so many ppl that they had to have 2 overflows! then the video feed only came on too late... we missed the first drama. haiz.
anyway after that was fun. i juz went for lunch with some ppl. i dun usually do that.
i juz adjusted my bass now it sounds better.

YES! i juz got me very own BASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it is an acepro AB-605... bought from standard value in woodlands. it may not be a common brand but trust me it's dang good. it even has tapcoil for the humbuckers!!!!

dang... i screwed up my piano exam today

haha of course not THAT bad lar. i screwed up here and there. like the scales and arpeggios thingy. i played Ab melodic minor rather than harmonic minor :-S... but the others were okay. but the stupid keyboard keeps going mute all of a sudden. it was dang funny when i played my composition. during like a "bang" beat i sort of did a headbang. then i saw the examiner glaring at me... haha friggin funny. the aural went super well. the examiner played this awesome disco piece. very nice. then after i described it he gave me the score for the second part of the aural test. then he said "everything you described is on the paper. that's a good thing isn't it". i guess that IS a good thing?

anyway i can't any credit for it. no matter what result i get. there's always that someone who i owe my thanks to. ask me who.

sianzz... juz found out that i need to make my composition for my grade 8 exam 4:30min long! wtf? now i gotta pontang YF camp juz to do my sequencing... haiz. at least i will be going for specific sessions. i guess it is win win. wonder whether i'll get refunded

OH MY GOSH i just killed a lizard with my lego crossbow (yes i do build lego and yes lego is an awesome toy which lasted me 10 years)... i built a 40cm lego crossbow using an elastic strip as bow. it shoots hollow paper bolts about 5cm in length and 2 lego dots in diameter... pure cutting power!

i friggin severed the lizard's neck... it was on the wall then i shot it then the bolt bounced off and the lizard fell to the floor. EEK! poor lizard. haha

actually i built this crossbow with this intention. to kill lizards which shit all over my house floor. i'm not gonna stop killing lizards but i gotta admit i do feel sorry for those cute little lizards. it's not like they know any better.
