like all years, today's sports nite was a flop. our CCA's snack stall wasn't though... we sold most of our stuff within the first hour. haha. but one person hu was there to kill the joy was that Goh who we love to hate and hate to love. muz kao beh kao bu for nothing juz to get us to clear the litter. man, he's crazy. probably getting old senile and grumpy. loonatic of loonatics man that guy... i was friggin temped to shout my ass off at that bugger...

dang... failed my haircheck today... for the first time for real... haha as in not check by LDW... by JT. haha there's a first for everything. anyway i already asked my mom to cut for me. now it doesn't look too bad.

drama today went okay. the run went quite fine except for a few blocking errors here and there...

YAY! yesterday's church easter drama went quite well. for two weeks of prep, i think we did not bad. haha. the rest of the easter programme went ok... except for the dinner part... i hardly got much to eat haha. my frens and i went out to eat after that.



this coming thurs is my birthday. dun bother celebrating it. dun waste ur time... and mine.

haiz... today's flag day was... as usual, somewhat fun (to a CERTAIN extent). but it was also dang friggin tiring. which flagday isn't? i'm glad it was only about 5hs. i wanted to like sneak off to sweelee in the middle but we didn't have enough time. orchard road is a good place for flagday.

holiday? what holiday? more like alternative school programme

dang bloody irritating... my dad specially agreed to go bras basah after church so that i can go sweelee to look at bass. then we went there and ate lunch and waited until 12 (which is the time sweelee opens on sun). then i went there then it is closed. why? the stupid paper said that for some farny reason it now opens at 1230. bloody hell. i couldn't make my parents wait so i had to boycott the trip. wasted man. it's like bringing ur child to disney world then go there and find that it's closed... friggin pissed about it. oh well i guess i might as well go to the sims drive branch when i gotz the dough.

okay... maybe i don't hate humbuckers. i juz found out yesterday that humbuckers and bartolinis are completely different. the pickups on the Cort A5 that the church has are bartolinis. i hated their sound. but yesterday at the thomson plaza yamaha i tried their 5 string RBX bass... which had humbuckers. i was thoroughly impressed by it actually. it gave me really good solid sound with nice clear picking sound. slapping didn't sound all that good, but it was better than the A5. i wouldn't mind buying it if it weren't for its awful shape. i hate that hiker's thumb thingy. go see for urself what i mean. in my opinion, electric guitars should NEVER have horns that curve outwards.

i'm selling my bass cuz i've found that it's not for me. i don't really like it cuz it doesn't fit my playing style. buy it if u find that it fits yours. hahas

after playing my church's Cort A5 bass... i've realised that i don't like humbuckers or bartolinis anymore. they don't sound nice for slapping, they don't sound nice for picking... looks like the next bass i get will have P or J pickups. haha.

anyway i forgot to tell yall: I GOT FRIGGIN MERIT FOR GRADE 8!!!!! WOOT! haha this is actually quite old news but i forgot to post about it. haha
